FITSTART AND PERSONAL TRAINING FAQS

Personal Training offers tons of physical benefits, plus personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability. Your trainer will tailor workouts to your specific needs and goals, helping you achieve results more efficiently and safely.

At National Fitness Center, we offer a variety of Personal Training packages to suit your needs:

  • 50-minute sessions: These sessions provide you with dedicated one-on-one training for a full 50 minutes, allowing for comprehensive workouts and guidance.
  • 25-minute sessions: If you’re short on time, our 25-minute sessions offer a quick yet effective way to work with a trainer.

To explore our Personal Training options further, please speak with a Personal Trainer or the club’s Fitness Manager. They will provide you with detailed information, answer your questions, and help you select the best package for your goals. Scheduling a FitStart session is also a great way to see if Personal Training is right for you.

If you need to cancel a scheduled Personal Training session, please reach out to your trainer or contact the club’s Fitness Manager. You must provide at least a 24-hour notice when canceling to accommodate scheduling adjustments.

Failure to cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice will result in the consumption of the session. To avoid this, please make sure to inform your trainer or Fitness Manager as soon as possible, before the 24-hour cancellation period, if you cannot make your appointment.

A FitStart is an initial assessment and consultation designed to kickstart your fitness journey at National Fitness Center. During a FitStart, you’ll meet with a Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Manager to discuss your fitness goals, and then go through a dynamic 20-25 minute workout.

Scheduling a FitStart session is easy! There are two convenient ways to book:
