Follow the steps below to join National Fitness Center using a Senior Insurance program at select clubs.

Check your Senior Membership Eligibility and register. Make sure you have your Membership ID number. Our Senior Partnership providers and specific sign up instructions (if applicable) are listed below.

Medicare Programs

Employer-based Programs

  • United Healthcare One Pass: If you’re covered by UnitedHealthcare through your employer, you may qualify for free access to NFC through One Pass. Call United Healthcare at 1 (866) 414-1959 or contact us by email.
