WHAT IS PHIIT?
Our PHIIT program (Personal High-Intensity Interval Training) offers a dynamic and effective workout experience, combining short bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods. This approach delivers substantial health benefits similar to other exercise forms but in a fraction of the time.
PHIIT classes are kept small, typically 5 to 15 participants, ensuring personalized attention from a dedicated coach. The coach tailors the intensity, duration, and frequency of the training to your age, general health, and activity level, helping you achieve maximum health benefits efficiently.
