WHAT IS PHIIT?
PHIIT stands for Personal High-Intensity Interval Training and refers to any workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with periods of recovery. Research shows PHIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise but in a shorter amount of time, and it’s been proven to burn calories hours after you’re done working out. It’s been linked to better heart health, increased fat loss, and improved mental health.
Our fee-based PHIIT classes are small, usually 5 to 15 people, and led by a personal coach who considers your age, general health, and activity level to determine the intensity, duration, and frequency of training, so you can maximize your health benefits in a minimal amount of time.
