1. Zumba 

Dancing is the ultimate bestie workout. Zumba is all about shaking off stress, burning calories, and having a blast. No judgment, just fun—especially when you’ve got your hype partner right there with you! 

 

2. Cycle 

The music is pumping, the lights are low, and you and your bestie are crushing those sprints side by side. Spin class is a killer workout, but the energy of having a friend next to you makes those climbs and intervals way more bearable. 

 

3. Yoga
