At In-Shape we offer a variety of cycle class options: Beatz RIDE, Freestyle RIDE, Les Mills Sprint and M7: PWR RIDE. These offerings include different class lengths and intensities, allowing you to choose the class that best fits your fitness goals and schedule. 

It’s a great leg workout AND it can improve function and mobility 

Another advantage of cycle classes is stronger legs. Cycling activates a wide range of muscles including the quadriceps, hamstrings, and calf muscles.
