All of our centers have at least one pool. Whether you prefer freestyle, backstroke, or sidestroke, you can get your laps in at our indoor and outdoor pools.

AQUA FITNESS CLASSES
Take your workout from the gym floor to the pool. Water makes you feel weightless, so exercise is not a stress on bones and joints, but still offers great cardiovascular and muscle toning benefits. Aqua Fitness is ideal for seniors and those with sports injuries or chronic health conditions. We offer a variety of classes, like Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Zumba, at several of our locations.

HOT TUBS
We like to use water as a source of relaxation too, especially after an intense workout or a long day at work. Let the jets of warm water dissolve muscle tension and soothe aching joints. You’ll find hot tubs at all of our locations.

HEATED THERAPY POOLS
Our heated therapy pool is the place to be if you’re looking for relief from a sports injury or have limited mobility due to a physical condition. Set to a constant 95-98 degrees, the water soothes muscles, increases flexibility, and improves gait with little stress on joints and bones.

SWIM TEAMS
Like a little friendly competition? We offer non-sanctioned, year-round competitive swim teams at several of our locations. Swim teams are available for beginners, who can successfully swim at least one length of the pool unassisted, to advanced high school-aged swimmers. From August to May, our NFC Sharks teams compete amongst each other. During the summer months, we are members of the Greater Knoxville Area Interclub Swimming Association and compete against other summer league teams in the area. Monthly swim team fees cover coaching, swim meets, awards, and pool equipment/supplies. Discounts are available for multiple children in the same family. SWIMMING LESSONS
Children and adults can learn the importance of water safety and basic swimming strokes. Private and semi-private lessons are available for children 3 years old and up for both members and non-members. Packages include six, 30-minute, lessons. Classes are available for Level 1 Beginners to Level 5 Elite athletes.

INDOOR WATER PARK
Yep, we have one of those too. Our water park features splash pads, a kiddie slide, and mushroom buckets making it the perfect place for birthday parties, kids’ events, or a fun afternoon away from home.
