LADIES ONLY GYM

We offer a private exercise space reserved just for women. Connected to the ladies’ locker room, this non-coed area includes a full-circuit training course, cardio training, stability balls and dumbbells.

CARDIO Theater

Catch a movie while you work out. Our Cardio Theater comes equipped with a 30-foot projection screen and surround sound to keep you entertained while working on your fitness on our state-of-art exercise bikes, treadmills, and stair climbers.

FREE WEIGHTS

Pump up your weight training at our free weights studio, which includes 75 to 120-pound dumbbells and equipment like incline and decline benches and straight bars.

CARDIO

Increase your heart rate, improve oxygen distribution, and burn fat at our cardio studio using a selection of exercise bikes, stair climbers, treadmills, and elliptical machines.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A 30-minute full-body training session includes stations that alternate between strength and cardio. For example, one station may be set up with selectorized weights while the next is a form of aerobics.

BASKETBALL COURT

Tip-off a game with friends on our half-court, NBA-style playing surface or go solo to practice your free throws, layups, and jump shots.

INDOOR POOL

For a low-impact, aerobic workout, dive into our indoor junior Olympic-sized pool. We also offer aquatic fitness classes and swimming lessons.

DRY SAUNA & STEAM ROOM

Intense workout? Long workday? Treat yourself to our coed spa-like amenities. Bask in the warmth of our dry sauna or steam room and feel the tension dissolve away.

HYDROMASSAGE

Before heading home from your workout, stop by our HydroMassage bed to relax and cool down. The temperature-controlled water massage increases your circulation and relieves muscular tension, soreness, and stiffness giving you the benefits of water without having to get in it.

FREE CHILDCARE

Workout without worry. We offer childcare hours for children 6 weeks – 12 years old to keep your little ones supervised and entertained while you work toward your fitness goals.
