HOW TO PUT A FREEZE ON YOUR ACCOUNT

 

STEP 1: LOGIN

Login to the NFC Mobile App on your smart device to make these changes.

STEP 2: FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS

ONLY MAIN MEMBER CAN ACCESS AND MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES.

  1. From the home screen, tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner
  2. Tap the Membership option
  3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner, then select Freeze membership option. Then follow the prompts.

1. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Freeze membership on the bottom pop-up
