At National Fitness Center, we’re committed to providing you with clean, comfortable, state-of-the-art facilities operated by courteous, knowledgeable staff. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality equipment, and engaging programs in a family-oriented environment.

LADIES ONLY GYM

We offer a private exercise space reserved just for women. Connected to the ladies’ locker room, this non-coed area includes a full-circuit training course, cardio training, stability balls, and dumbbells. There’s also a women’s-only VIP lounge equipped with a fingerprint ID pad for added security.

CARDIO MOVIE Theater

Catch a movie while you work out. Our Cardio Theater comes equipped with a 30-foot projection screen and surround sound to keep you entertained while you work on your fitness on our state-of-the-art exercise bikes, treadmills, and stair climbers.

Rock CLIMBING WALL

Power your way up our 60-foot wide climbing wall with intensities that range from easy to difficult with ever changing routes to keep it challenging. The wall has room for six climbers at a time, so you can climb individually or with a group. Our soft, padded floor and self-belay system are there for your safety and comfort.

INDOOR TRACK

Get in a walk, jog, or run year round at our indoor track. Located on the second floor, it’s temperature-controlled and features panoramic views of the outdoors without the elements. Go around the track seven times for a full mile.

DRY SAUNA & STEAM ROOM

After an intense workout, treat yourself to our spa-like amenities located in the locker room areas. Bask in the warmth of our dry sauna or steam room and feel the tension melt away.

BASKETBALL / VOLLEYBALL COURT

Use our NBA-style court for a game with friends or go solo to practice your free throws, layups, and jump shots. Install a net down the middle and the area easily converts into a volleyball court.

LOCKER ROOMS & LOUNGES

Our gym includes separate locker rooms and VIP Lounges for men and women. VIP Lounges include comfortable furniture and electric fireplaces.

HYDROMASSAGE

Before heading home from your workout, stop by our HydroMassage bed to relax and cool down. The temperature-controlled water massage increases your circulation and relieves muscular tension, soreness, and stiffness giving you the benefits of water without having to get in it.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR POOLS

Swim laps inside or outside. We have an outdoor pool and an indoor Junior Olympic-sized pool, an indoor water park, and heated therapy pool.

FREE CHILDCARE

Workout without worry. We offer childcare hours for children 6 weeks – 12 years old to keep your little ones supervised and entertained while you work toward your fitness goals. All of our childcare staff are CPR/AED Certified.

RACQUETBALL / WALLYBALL COURTS

Get in on this high-velocity game at our indoor court. Play solo, compete with a partner, or get together in teams. Racquetball Courts can also be used to play Handball or Wallyball.

TURF ROOM

Our large, indoor turf room can accommodate a range of activities from team practices, like cheerleading and flag football, to indoor party rentals.

COMING SOON! It’s sweeping the nation, and now this addictive, heart-pumping craze is coming to National Fitness Center mid-September!

Functional Fitness Room

Better your performance, intensify your functional strength and build endurance in our indoor turf room. The room features a large free-weight area that can be used for sport-specific, explosive training. It is also fully equipped with dumbbells, squat racks with platforms, bumper plates, slam balls, medicine balls, and plyo boxes.

Tanning

Our tanning services include a tanning booth and a high-pressure tanning bed. Get your tan on in a clean, controlled environment. Tanning lotions and accessories are available at the Front Desk.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Red Light Therapy is a nonsurgical, non-UV, infrared light treatment used to regenerate skin’s appearance while providing relief from muscle/joint pain, arthritis, and nerve damage. Cosmetic benefits can include a reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, sun damage, acne scars, psoriasis, and eczema.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A 30-minute full-body training session includes timed stations that alternate between strength and cardio. Our red light/green light system will keep you moving and on track.

Find your favorite gym essentials right here. From active wear and gym bags to accessories and supplements, we’ll have you looking and feeling healthy, both inside and out.

CARDIO, STRENGTH & FREE WEIGHTS

We offer a range of equipment for all your strength training needs such as free weights, single-station, plate-loaded, and selectorized weight machines. For your cardio needs, we have exercise bikes, stair climbers, treadmills, and elliptical machines.

SMOOTHIE BAR

Whether you need a pick-me-up before, during, or after your workout, we have your nutritional needs covered. Our smoothie bar is stocked with snacks, smoothies, energy drinks, and more to keep you hydrated and well-fueled.

STYKU 3D BODY SCAN

It’s accurate, it’s contactless, and it only takes seconds. A Styku 3D body scan calculates millions of measurements, so you can set more informed fitness goals. Weight scales can mislead you into thinking you’re not making progress, but regular scans allow you to watch your body transform on every level.

CYCLE room

Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a calorie-crunching session!

Not only is it fantastic for giving you healthy cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning and targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core.
