INDOOR JUNIOR OLYMPIC-SIZED POOL
Do your laps indoors in our Junior Olympic-sized pool. Swimming is the ultimate low-impact exercise that increases heart rate, improves breathing capacity, and strengthens muscles without putting stress on joints and bones.
We like to use water as a source of relaxation too, especially after an intense workout or a long day at work. Let the jets of warm water dissolve muscle tension and soothe aching joints.
AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES
Take your workout from the gym floor to the pool. Water makes you feel weightless, so exercise is not as intense on the bones and joints but offers great cardiovascular and muscle toning. Take your workout from the gym floor to the pool. Aqua Fitness is ideal for seniors and those with sports injuries or chronic health conditions. We offer a variety of classes, like Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Zumba, at several of our locations.
Children and adults can learn the importance of water safety and basic swimming strokes. Private Children and adults can learn the importance of water safety and basic swimming strokes. Private and semi-private lessons are available for children 3 years old and up for both members and non-members. Packages include six, 30-minute, lessons. Classes are available for Level 1 Beginners to Level 5 Elite athletes.
