CARDIO Theater
Catch a movie while you work out. Our Cardio Theater comes equipped with a 30-foot projection screen and surround sound to keep you entertained while working on your fitness on our state-of-art exercise bikes, treadmills, and stair climbers.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A 30-minute full-body training session includes stations that alternate between strength and cardio. For example, one station may be set up with selectorized weights while the next is a form of aerobics.
RACQUETBALL / WALLYBALL COURTS
Get in on this high-velocity game at our indoor court. Play solo, compete with a partner, or get together in teams. Racquetball Courts can also be used to play Handball or Wallyball.
BASKETBALL COURT
Tip-off a game with friends on our half-court, NBA-style playing surface or go solo to practice your free throws, layups, and jump shots.
DRY SAUNA & STEAM ROOM
