Tread 'n Shed is a 45-minute cardio class offering a challenging group workout on the treadmill. This class will push your progress and your limits with our signature intervals that you take at your pace.  Classes are for all bodies and all fitness levels, walkers and runners. We guarantee a good sweat no matter what!

HIGH fitness combines HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and plyometrics with music you know and love. This high-energy workout will challenge your cardio fitness and strength and leave feeling ready for more.

This class gives you the HIIT (high-intensity interval training) you've been looking for. Short periods of a variety of cardio exercises alternate with strength exercises for an intense workout.

DANCE

These cardio workouts feel just like a dance party!

This class is perfect for first-timers, those recovering from injuries, or anyone that wants a more gentle approach to yoga. It is also recommended for pre/post natal women and seniors.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit fast.

SENIORS

Getting older doesn’t have to be a burden. We offer senior fitness classes to help you stay active and feel young.

Low Impact Cardio & Strength is a joint-friendly, fun total body workout. We blend cardio, strength, and core exercises for all fitness levels, making it perfect for beginners, those with physical considerations, and anyone looking to enjoy community fitness.

Exercising at any age can make you stronger and fitter. You'll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support as your instructor leads you through a low-impact workout to increase your strength, balance and range of movement.

BARRE & PILATES

Stretch, tone and tighten in these ballet-inspired classes, no experience required. They're so fun, you might not even notice the burn!

Tone and tighten your tiniest muscles for that long, lean look. No dance experience required. Join us for a fun workout using the barre for balance, plus hand weights, gliding discs and Bender Balls. Intensity level: Medium

In Barre Fusion, we combine our favorite parts of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training to deliver the burn and strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Instead of the barre, this class uses gliding discs, hand weights, Bender Balls, and your own body weight.

Strength. Stability. Balance. Awareness. A stronger you starts with Pilates! Meet us on the mat for a welcoming class that will show you how small movements can have big results in creating lean, long muscles.

Classic Pilates movements presented at a slower pace and with more modifications. This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or have injuries that need to be addressed, while still building a strong, sleek physique.

AQUA 

Stretch, tone and tighten in these ballet-inspired classes, no experience required. They're so fun, you might not even notice the burn!

Meet us in the pool! Aqua Fit is a total body workout perfect for enhancing cardio fitness and muscular endurance while taking it easy on your joints. It's great for all fitness levels. And is perfect for members who are healing from an injury and want a low-impact workout. You'll come for the workout and stay for the community!

Aqua Flow focuses on fun while incorporating basic flowing movements to increase endurance, core strength and flexibility, all while using the buoyancy of the water to support your body weight and decrease stress on your spine and joints. This class is perfect for anyone looking for a light intensity low-impact workout, suffers from arthritis, or is recovering from an injury.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING 

Our fee-based PHIIT classes are small, usually 5 to 15 people, and led by a personal coach who considers your age, general health, and activity level to determine the intensity, duration, and frequency of training, so you can maximize your health benefits in a minimal amount of time.
