LES MILLS CLASSES

From BODYPUMP to BODYCOMBAT, our certified instructors offer a range of Les Mills classes that get you moving and grooving toward your fitness goals.

INDOOR CYCLING

Pedal your way to fitness without having to worry about Knoxville weather. Our cycling classes are a great cardio workout that targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core in the comfort of our temperature-controlled spin studios.

ZUMBA

A workout with lots of sizzle. Zumba targets your metabolism, strengthens your heart, and boosts your mood through nonstop, Latin-inspired dance. Led by trained instructors, this class is a great addition to any fitness routine.

YOGA

TREAD & SHRED

Get on a treadmill, but kick it up a notch. This class combines a traditional treadmill workout with timed intervals that switch up levels of running and/or walking intensity by varying incline and speed throughout the class.

AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES

Take your workout from the gym floor to the pool. Water makes you feel weightless, so exercise is not as intense on the bones and joints, but still offers the same cardiovascular and muscle toning benefits as working out on land.
