BODYATTACK

An intense, sports-inspired workout for building strength and stamina. It features two peak cardio tracks with high-intensity aerobic intervals that are laced with strength and stabilization work.

BODYCOMBAT

A martial arts-inspired class that combines karate, boxing, and taekwondo movements into an hour-long workout. It’s a fierce, energetic experience designed to burn fat, release stress, and improve your coordination.

A 30-minute core workout with resistance tubes and weight plates as well as body-weight exercises like crunches and hovers.

This is a yoga, tai chi, and Pilates-inspired workout. It builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses will help you find harmony and balance.

BODYPUMP

This is the fastest way to get in shape! This class has confirmed higher-than-expected fat-burning effects as well as endurance, strength, and wellness benefits. This hour-long class uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition in an environment where muscle and music collide.

GRIT

A 30- minute workout that involves short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery. This HIIT-style class challenges your cardiovascular fitness and makes lean muscle while sending calorie burn through the roof. Comes in three different formats: strength, cardio, and athletic.

BODYJAM

A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and the hottest new tracks puts an equal emphasis on having fun and breaking a sweat.

BODYSTEP

This workout uses height-adjustable steps and features high-intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear.

Get on a treadmill, but kick it up a notch with our instructor-led treadmill workout with timed intervals that switch up levels of running and/or walking intensity by varying incline and speed throughout this self-paced class.

This class combines elements of pilates, yoga, resistance, and strength training. With low intensity and high repetition of small-range movement, this workout is great for all fitness levels and ages. We will use a ballet bar at times for balance assistance. Additional fees apply.

A freestyle, interval-based group cycling expedition followed by stretches that allows you to adjust your ride to your fitness level.

From yoga to cardio, aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints, and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which helps strengthen your muscles. Aquatic classes allow those with injuries, arthritic conditions, or joint restrictions to engage in exercise without risk of injury.

A class created for those at beginner to intermediate fitness levels seeking a low-impact aerobic workout.

This class focuses on alignment, balance, and efficiency through breathing and stabilization of the spine. Pilates trains the body to work in synergy while enhancing core strength.

STRONG Nation combines body-weight and muscle-conditioning cardio with athletic plyometric training moves. This high-intensity class also has low-intensity options and includes mixed martial arts.

A freestyle equivalent to BODYPUMP, this class is a resistance workout for the whole body that uses different types of equipment.
