Fit Test

 

The Fit Test is a free assessment every member receives with his or her membership.  This assessment is used to get baseline measurements to determine what your starting point is.  At National Fitness our members feel it is important to know where their starting point is and develop a game plan from there. The Fit Test includes a weight measurement, body fat percentage, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility and strength. There is no additional charge for this service
